Return Pickup
We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep for eligible items.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is initiated within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Product received in damaged or broken condition
- ✓Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
- ✓Product seal is tampered or missing upon delivery
- ✓Product shows a defect not caused by mishandling
Not Eligible for Return
- ✕Products that have been opened, used, or sprayed
- ✕Products returned without original packaging
- ✕Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- ✕Damage caused due to mishandling or misuse by the customer
- ✕Products purchased during flash sale or with special discount codes
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days after initiation (depending on your bank's processing time).
UPI / Net Banking: 2–3 business days after initiation.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via NEFT to the bank account details provided by you.
