How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, MEHAKVA ships only within India. We are working on expanding our delivery to international locations soon. Stay tuned!
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your order will be held at the nearest facility for 5 days. After that, it will be returned to us. Contact us to rearrange delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
