We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your MEHAKVA order.

Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, before dispatch.
Instant Refund
Cancellations within the window get a full refund to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us if issues arise.
Non-Cancellable
Customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable under any circumstances.
1 Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to the courier or logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. To check your order's dispatch status, use our Order Tracking page or contact our support team on WhatsApp at +91-8287725668.
2 How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please contact us through one of the following methods within 24 hours of placing your order: β’ WhatsApp: +91-8287725668 (fastest response, 10 AM β 7 PM, MonβSun) β’ Email: support@mehakva.com β’ Contact Form: Visit our Contact Us page Please provide your Order ID and the registered email address or phone number used during checkout. Our team will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund process.
3 Refund After Cancellation
Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated within 2β3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method: β’ UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 3β5 business days β’ Credit Card: 5β7 business days β’ Razorpay Wallet: 1β2 business days You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once the refund has been processed.
4 Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation: β’ Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped β’ Customized or personalized fragrance products β’ Orders placed under special flash sale pricing (unless there is a product defect) β’ Gift sets ordered with custom gift wrapping already applied If you have a concern about any of these orders, please still contact us and we will do our best to help.
5 Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, this is handled separately from our cancellation policy under our Refund & Return Policy. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6 Order Modifications
If you wish to change your delivery address, update the product variant, or modify quantities, please contact us as soon as possible within the 24-hour cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are not guaranteed once the order has been packed.
